  1. The thought of going into next season without another NHL ready goalie is sort of nuts. Look what happened when Ullmark got hurt last year, the season was basically done with after that. Are we just going to suppose both Hutton (eyes) and Ullmark will make it an entire season injury free.
  2. He scored 22 goals one year.
  3. If he scores 15-20 goals this will look like a great move
  4. Zadorov gets traded.
  5. He might be, but I’d assume only if Hutton was sent packing first. That will cost money. This situation is a little tricky. I’m sort of sold on the keeping the pair we have but making sure a somewhat servicble player is ready to come up and play if needed.
  6. Why would he come here? Unless Hutton is waived or something. I’m thinking they bring in someone with NHL experience but who is will8ng to go to Rochester. Subban?
  7. No way. He is no good anymore.
  8. Speed is good. Looks like a big body, too. Nothing wrong with this move
  9. seriously, I don't see Casey M. being the answer. Hope I'm wrong, but he just doesn't see to have the right stuff
  10. He should at least be given the chance
  11. You don’t think we need a goalie?
  12. If they did I wouldn't criticize the move. If we had him in Rochester last year ready for a call up last season might have been just that little better enough to squeak into playoffs.
  13. More proof Curtis Lazar is moving up the depth chart 😉
  14. Maybe there’s something really strange about the guy, Pittsburgh gave him up for almost nothing
  15. Wow, this is crazy
  16. A Kruger pick? He might know the kid?
  17. I take it we do not have a young goaltender in the system ready to play in NHL? If we did I’d be happy to start with Hutton as number two and if he blows up again (likely, IMO) we could throw youngster in. Maybe we get a journeyman goalie, start him in Rochester and move him up as needed? Is cap space a big issue here?
  18. Good point, but it could also be luck. Drafting is a crap shoot That team will be shedding talent soon, I would guess. Look how deep they are on defense. Can't believe they can keep all those players, stars and such, and still stay under the cap.
  19. How does Tampa stay-under the cap? I mean they really didn’t even need Stamkos to win.
  20. The thought of Risto getting moved makes me nauseous But whatever is best for the team. They really have to have a good season, make the playoffs and hopefully win a series or two.
  21. I enjoyed watching the hand shake after and everyone getting along. Happy Victor Headman won MVP. Thought for a second they might pick Vasaleski(sic) I really enjoyed this yeas playoffs, from Tampa's super long game against Columbus to them knocking out the Bruins.
  22. Jacks sitting there watching these other teams playing and I bet that is frustrating. If we don’t make the playoffs next season I bet this gets turned up into a real thing. Turns out it’s not that easy recovering from a tank, and if we don’t figure it out this year the whole reason we tanked, to get Jack, might be gone with the wind.
  23. Hard to disagree, except I want our young defenseman playing, not making room for an older guy, unless maybe it’s around playoff time. Isn’t Steve Smith an assistant coach on this team? And no way do I want to lose Risto or Montour
