Definitely not ready to trade Power at this point.
however, I also know that McLeod is a 3rd line center and Krebs at best is a 4th line center.
That leaves Östlund and Kulich as your top 2 centers (though I doubt they through Östlund to the wolves right away)
This is my long winded way of saying that they need a top 6 center and need to explore every possibility, including trading Power
Just talking out loud here but if Vancouver is seriously considering an EP buyout after this season, maybe you need to explore what it would take to get him on the cheap?

Glad to see Power getting some accolades or at least not getting dumped on.
much more confident and engaged this season.

You can't take any team serious that has Bryson in their lineup. He should be a career AHL player
they haven't been good so far this year but where would they be if they just had a decent PP ?
it's the same characters (players and coaches) on the PP, why would anyone expect a different result?
they desperately need someone with some offensive ingenuity.this team has 8th overall draft pick written all over it. Hopefully im wrong and they end up with a top 3.

I believe the owner is the biggest issue the Sabres have but a couple of more losses to start the season, time for Kevyn and all the coaches to be fired

The problem is they don't have a play making forward. They have guys that can shoot but none are consistently good passers I would seriously consider bringing up Östlund as a PP specialist.

It's not a matter of when they will win their first game it's a matter of when they score their first goal.
I actually had hope they would be at least a playoff contender but they look as bad and overmatched as any point in the last 14 years
