They seem to have no plan after last season. This goalie situation is horrid. The season is a wash. Another season where playoff hopes are dashed before Christmas. I want to see improvement but there is little if any from the team. No fan of his either.

One last point. Huberdeau is an annoying guy. Flopping and diving is lame.

Sabres fans love to make the top defenseman a whipping boy. Has been that way for decades. and missing wide open nets.

Marty is pointing out the empty net goals and their impact. Psychological importance on the players. Close out games by out working them 5 on 5.

Sabres played half a game. Then the slow collapse.

Coach. Stop the insane belief that your team will score with the goalie pulled. They have not shown in the past several years the ability to control the puck and dominate with the man advantage. By giving up the two goals you took the only solace that they played a very good team close.

Good start. Look at the Washington game. Down 4 and they rally back to win. Panthers are a solid team. Happy for the Sabres so far.

Sabres draft defensemen in premium rounds, they don't really pan out and the Sabres ship them out. Never ending process.
