Yup. They also haven't drafted amazing recently either so it isn't like a pool of young guys are breaking down the doors. St. Louis is currently in no man's land.

Drafting them or trying to sign NCAA UFAs? I don't think it impacts the draft much at all and NCAA UFA's are always hard to recruit and most are mediocre.
