UPL is not good. He’s just not. His record is glossed over by the team scoring 5 a game for him. He’s just a liability and cannot be counted on to make the timely save.

Devon Levi will play a game this year and burn year one of his contract. It’s the leverage they have. Doesn’t mean he will be a regular next year though. We need a bridge bonafide starter until he’s ready.

Well it’s officially over now. Sad we drop so many points to crappy teams.Greenwood is a plug. Stillman tries but no. Levi will hopefully be our goalie of the future. We need someone capable in the meantime. Some solid defense too. Progress is good. We will get there.

I am shocked to see this score and to hear Comrie was in for all 10. Shame on the team and the coach for letting him stay in the whole game. That’s not right. Well, it was fun for awhile but it’s clearly over now. Hopefully the gm is taking note and they have a plan moving forward to fix the deficiencies.

Why not? The rule is seemingly in place to protect the goalie. Why is it ok for a defender to punt it out but not an offensive player? That’s not dangerous if a dman does it? These guys are skilled and can do lots with their feet everywhere else. It would definitely take the guesswork out of the calls. Last nights goal was clearly kicked in and shouldn’t have counted yet the NHL finds a way to allow it. It’s ridiculous. Why is it ok to sometimes count? Make them all count or make none of them count. No matter what.

Honestly, his role needs to be on another team. He is far too streaky. Good when he’s good, bad when he’s bad. He cannot be relied on to be a regular contributor on this team. VO would be a moved if I were KA and this summer is the time.

Well we took 5 out of 8 against them this year and werein a position to get 6, maybe 7 or 8. We play like this against the rest of the league we will be ok.

I agree. I just don’t see them making it in and I wouldn’t be risking losing a trade at this stage. Lots of teams overpay at this time but only one team wins it all. This summer will be interesting I believe.

Kevin Bieksa just said and I quote, “we had guys who we added at the deadline and it ruined our team chemistry” So it is a thing. Would’ve been awesome for the playoff run.

Schenn wasn’t going anywhere but A) Toronto, B) Edmonton, C) Calgary or D) Ottawa. The Canucks respect Luke too much to do anything else. He wasn’t going to a team who wasn’t pretty much 💯 guaranteed to make the playoffs and A Canadian team. Schenn will re-sign with Vancouver in the summer. Sorry he was never going to Buffalo.

I don’t disagree with you. I think a lot of this goes to “do you want to be in Buffalo” and it’s difficult to know at this time of year. I think they should try and make some proactive moves if they’re there but I do think these young guys are still learning and maybe losing a buddy will have negative affects. I think the off season is the time to move guys. Anyway whatever. It sucks to not get in but it’s probably not happening either way this year.

Schenn was asked. He wanted to be back in BC to finish his career. He wasn’t going to the States again especially with his wife due a baby any day now. Canucks weren’t gonna move him anywhere else out of respect.
