There was so much wrong with that hire starting with the ‘ sham ‘ search and interview process. The fact that Ruff couldn’t pick his assts. or maybe he really liked them which is a problem in and of itself. Terry was obviously deep into that whole thing which is his perogative but a major problem in my o.p. Anyhow here we are and how can this ownership and management fix things? They’ve never shown any competence in having an ability in fixing things before. It ain’t happening with this group in charge.
