Man do the Sabres look out of sync ... maybe me being on the board is bad luck.

A finish would have been nice but there is a lot to like about Pyatt's game right now.

1-0 Buffalo ... Hecht on the PP ... Fitzpatrick then had an ungly giveaway trying to pass up the middle but ... no harm done ...

Two games in a row ... they play like crap but somehow manage to ties it, then give it away with a penalty and a PP goal against ... uncanny ...

Besides that they had a 5-on-3 and did nothing with it.

It is an automatic delay of game if you get 2 guys kicked out of the faceoff ... that's what happened ... usually they drop the puck really fast after kicking out the first guy so it rarely happens, but this time it did ...

Yeah, Buffalo is the only city in the country where attendance is better when the team is winning than it is when it is losing . :blink: Give it a rest. Fans EVERYWHERE are ALWAYS more willing to spend money on a better team, and it is always more obvious in a small market. If you really want to join the conversation, register and do it. Don't take pot shots as a guest.

I hate when guys dive, but on that play I dont think he did it on purpose ... it should have been a non-call ... the guys stick didn't cause him to fall, but he didn't dive either ... he did that cartoon character thing he does where his feet get going too fast for his body and he tripped over his own feet ... he got right up and went after the puck, if he had laid on his belly and looked for a call I would have called it a dive ... but whatever, no harm done ...

lol exactly ... Overall a good game ... got lucky on the quick whistle, but they took advantage of the 5-on-3 which the rangers could not ... Miller solid again ....

Man Vanek just had a 3-on-1 and froze ... carried it too long ... gotta just let that go ...he's thinking too much.

I stand corrected it did hit the post ... 5-on-3 coming for Sabres .... NOt sure how big the crowd is but they are into it and were booing Jagr every time he touches the puck ...

Sabres killed it ... great job by McKee among others ... Jagr took a penalty at the end ... Rangers may have it the post but looked and sounded to me like the base of the net about a foot wide ...

Ugh 5-on-3 coming for Rangers, Tallinder hooked Jagr ... gotta kill this one ... BTW very jealous of those who get RJ and Loretz ...again the other feed on Center Ice ... but Davidson is not bad on MSG ...

Rangers got robbed of a goal on a quick whistle ... i hate the way this period is going ... either thay are playing very desperate or the Sabres are sitting on the 2-1 lead too much or both ... NYR on the PP now ...

2-1 Sabres after two ... got a little sloppy against the Jagr line late but Miller was very good ... overall though Lundqvist is keeping the Rangers in it ...

Max is playing a great game tonight ... very strong on his skates, just drew a penalty on a partial breakaway, got the shot off but was bothered from behind ...

They gave Kotalik some time at the point on that PP ... DUMONT SCORES after PP over ... 2-1 BUF ... never mind, it was Fitzpatrick, Dumont never touched it in the middle ... great pass from Vanek ...

Since Briere's goal the Rangers have odd-man rushes all over the place ... Briere's line had to come out again and turn the tide, great save on Briere again ...

Very frustrating to be down 1-0 after one ... Sabres came out smoking and were dominating until tallinder turned it over and it ended up in the net on a 2-on-1 ... that gave the Rangers life ...

Well I got stuck at work and only saw the third period, but two wins over Boston this early in the season can't be a bad thing. Although I heard the PP struggled again despite the two goals, and that last PP looked like they were playing their sticks upside down trying to get out of their own end ... just ugly. And I'm sure Drury will get skewered for missing the empty net ... Somehow they keep winning games, especially division games, with the PP struggling and Vanek and Drury still not scoring... and it's not like Miller is stealing games, although he is playing well ...all things considered, i am not complaining about a 5-2 start ...

I am WAY more pissed about this loss than I am about even the shutout at Ottawa... they played a horrible second period, but they battled back in the 3rd and deserved a point in this game, especially on the road ... this one is on Miller, it's the exact thing Biron has done so many times, make all the tough saves and when the team really needs one he falls asleep. I like so much of what I have seen from Miller, but he needs to make that save ... OK I have vented ... it's out of my system ... now we'll see how he reacts ...

BRUTAL goal my Miller ... Hecht will take the blame for the penalty, but Miller HAS to stop that ...
