  1. Don't worry about that poster. he/she is a douche who's obviously too rapped up in other people's personal lives. Most fans would agree with you regarding his on-field play. The reason for more drama there is because of the volume. Many more posters there, and frankly, the NFL just draws more fans. unfortunately, there isn't a pre-screening for joining a forum, so you have to enter at your own risk... shake it off and don't let it spoil the many GOOD posters TSW has!
  2. Sunny and 78 here :nana: * can drive the sports car all year long *
  3. I can say the same for Tonawanda, Kenmore, Amherst, should I keep going?? Just sayin, and ya, I just did this on friday, what!!!!!! And I'm a Democrat, too!!!! ok, I'm done, delete if necessary.
  4. A guy I used to work with had it. He was one bad motha.... but I've seen him cry when his Gout flared up. Good luck with this....
  5. True. But they also don't have to approach vehicles wondering if the driver is gonna blow their heads off, read a grown man who's just raped a child "their due rights", or fight off a drunken A-Hole who decided to raise hell at a bar and charge at the responding officer with a broken beer bottle, so I'd say it's a wash...
  6. I was gonna post a youtube video of all the cops who have saved kids from burning houses/cars, saved lives by taking out a bad guy, ran into a building where a gun slinging maniac is threatening to kill anything that moves, etc. etc., but guess what, there wasn't one. That's why there is this perception. Good cops don't make the news, bad ones do. I promise you this, the good ones outway the bad ones by a lot. Bitching about some bad seeds is cool and all, but with every occupation comes d-bags. These guys risk their lives almost every minute of their shift while at work. How many of us can say, at their salary, that we do as well? I know that unless the copy machine decides to explode in my face or some temp. employee decides to take out his salary frustration by emptying a clip into my chest cavity, It's not even close. But ya, the bad ones are bad, no doubt, just like every rim job who is bad at MY work....
  7. As much as I complain about overnights, it really is a great shift. I get differential, go home, sleep, and am up when the wife and kid get home. When they go to bed, I go to work. Actually, that's really the only bad thing about it, having to leave them home alone at night. My wife's choice for a guard dog you ask?? A friggin Yorkie (don't let me fool you, though, I love the little guy!) I'm also the only boss at night, so I run the show. No one there to really answer to, only through e-mails. It's quieter as well, I get most of my work done towards the end of my shift, which gives me plenty of time to waste here!!! Alas, since this is a complaint thread; The reality that "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". Squeaky wheels should get a slap in the face and a "how's your father"... unless you're squeaking on a complaint thread, then it's cool.
  8. What???????? You didn't like the Willis move????? <_< Agree on the pick, me likey!
  9. People who watch reality shows about 8 kids. That's the ghey......... find something constructive to do!
  10. I'm turning 30 next Tuesday (yes, my b-day is on Cinco De Mayo). I'll never be in my 20's again  I also have an 11 yr. old daughter, and a soon to be 4 yr. old daughter. I know 30 isn't "old" , but Jesus Henry Christ I feel old !! Second complaint - Guys who use HGH (I'm looking at you, Ink <_< ).
  11. Ouch...... and ouch! My complaint; not being able to post complaints until there's only 1 hour left of Thursday. My effort sucks lately, I think the Sabres are starting to rub off on me
  12. I wish our Tee Times could be a little later than 8:22am tomorrow (hee hee hee  )
  13. Ditto. Sabres won last night, and while I've been sick for the past 3 days, I was able to sit home all day and monitor the free agency frenzy that wasn't. Yes, I'm a toole, and yes, I watch the NFL draft on the first day....
  14. 2 complaints; 1.) Not having a Complaint Thursday extension. Fridays need love, too!! 2.) People who actually pay attention to what their "line rank" is. If you're that important that you feel yours MUST be changed, figure it out for yourself. If you can't figure it out, you're not that important..... Dude, people ignore me all the time. They pick on me, make fun of my posts, start ridiculous arguments with me about stupid sh!t, etc. It's called life. This is the internet, where people can type whatever they want with little to no consequence. Everyone here is the smartest person alive and could EASILY run the Sabres organization much better if given the chance. It's fun, so enjoy it and stop worrying about the little things. And if that doesn't work, just start each post with this; "Hey everyone, this is God. I play on the Hero line in all of my Sega games because I'm important!!" Good luck, and don't bother conversing with Deluca or PA. They're older, wiser, and have more free time to write stuff. It's useless, trust me
  15. Ya, while I still feel kinda bad about what I said to her, I do recall a faint "cheering" sound coming from the kitchen area as I stormed out, finger waving in the air!! It's just funny to know that others notice this kind of thing, and it does bring to light the "obesity" issues our country has. Spend 1 hour in any fast food joint observing the patrons, you will truly be sick to your stomache. That said, I never go back to Buffalo without making SEVERAL stops to Mighty!!
  16. True story; I was working at Mighty Taco when I was 18 and fresh out of high school, fresh into college. The longer I worked there the more angry I became at the amount of customers who, by themselves, would order a mighty pack, some Poppers, and an Enchilada(?) all with a Diet Coke, then finish up with, "for here, please". They would then park their arses and devour their meal with no shame in front of everyone. I must admit, I was particularly disgusted at overweight individuals who provided us with this show. So one day, during lunch rush hour, an overweight woman waltzes in and puts in a similar order, and just as she was about to order her drink, I blurted out, "we all know you want a diet Coke you fat :censored: ". Must have been louder than I thought, and just my luck, she was one of those secret shoppers who was employed by Mighty Taco. I was fired on the spot. My complaint; secret shoppers....... you suck.......
  17. Missing complaint Thursday by 3 minutes. Bobby Taylor Harry Neale Both of you suck so bad I turn up my daughter's Hannah Montana CD just to drown you out. Please, both of you, go away, forever.
  18. Bobby Taylor and Andy Brickley, actually NESN in general. Please, GTFO and don't come back, ever....... that's all. Inkman - thanks for the weather forecast las week. 9" made the little one very happy! Got to take both girls downtown to ice skate, too!
  19. I heard that! I work in a call center for Roadside Assistance and I gotta tell ya, people can be some rude, demanding b*tch*s!! It's like walking into a pizza joint and screaming your order at the top of your lungs while throwing in some F bombs.... you're begging for a cheese and spit pizza. Why can't people demonstrate some form of respectability?? My employees take way too much abuse from people. I'm lucky enough to be a Supervisor, so god bless you when you ask to speak to me, because I'm not held to the same requirements as my employees, and I WILL make sure our service provider takes his/her sweet a** time getting to you......especially if you were dumb enough to lock your keys in the car or if you're to whimpy to change your own tire you :censored: Sorry, I'm done now...... oh and :censored: you Tallinder...
  20. Right now it's 36 degrees in frickin ORLANDO, FL!!!!!!! Global warming my arse!!
  21. I'm gonna complain about myself. I should be thankful for the job I have, especially with our country's status to date. I also don't have a college degree, so I should be doubly thankful. Yet each day, I dread going in. Not just going in, either. I hate my employees (temp. staffing agency that staffs my department, do the math), I'm not real "keen" on my co-workers, and even though I opted to work overnights, I complain about that, too. Shame on me for not being appreciative for what I have. My company has been very good to me, and I should be happy.
  22. I'm sick and tired of Hurricanes!!!!!!!! I know, I know, I moved to Florida so deal with it. But you guys complain about snow still, so you'll have to hear me out. It's cool to get like, 1 a year, but everytime I turn on the news it's like 4 Hurricanes headed right for us!!! Then you have to decide whether to pack up the family and leave, what to do to the house, etc. The limbo time can be more exhausting than the actual storm. The last one we had (tropical storm Fay) dumped almost 21 inches of rain where I live!! Do you have any idea what standing water in your yard smells like after a few days????? Not to mention our pool pump broke so I'm out in 60 mph winds bucketing water out of my pool and through the screen into what used to be my yard but is now a second pool, water came into our bedroom, and now we're being over run by f'n frogs!!!! And how come nobody told me that sandbags were so heavy? I went to grab 2 of them off the back of the truck and my arms almost ripped out of my shoulder sockets!! Regardless of what you've heard, it's not all sunshine and palm trees. You can't shovel water. It's there until it decides to leave, and it brings friends. Dirty, stinky, reproductive friends. Whooo, I feel better.........
  23. OMG, someone replied to my post........ I don't even know what to do  I was trying to be "politically correct" and not use the word , while still implying that the guy was. I must have hit the 2 button by mistake   But hey, thanks for reading my post!!
  24. It's bad enough that I bought a yorkie for my wife. then it got worse when I actually started to like the little bastard. Now, almost 4 years later, he's like a son that I apparantly will never have (I'll save that for next Thursday, and yes, I know it's up to me whether it's a boy or girl so don't start). So tell me why we take him to this groomer to get his hair cut, and the 2 dollar bill that owns the joint decides he's gonna stick a purple bandana around his neck!!! Look, I don't care about your own personal lifestyle, but I have to draw the line when you "force" it on my dog. I know he's a yorkie, but it doesn't mean he likes rump roast...... and we didn't ask for accessories, just a cut. :wallbash:
