deluca67
Over the past couple of weeks the Sabres have stopped 3 five game winning streaks. Nashville, The Canes and Thrashers were all on a roll until they stepped on the ice vs the Sabres. The Sabres are entering 2007 with a 10pt division lead and an 7pt lead, with 2 games in hand, in the Conference. And the City is on fire with Blue and Gold. 2006 was a great year for the Sabres. Hopefilly 2007 will be a banner year for the Sabres. Happy New Year everyone.

JujuFish
In addition to ending those 5 game winning streaks, Buffalo also ended Nashville's 12 game home point streak. They had not lost at home in regulation since the first game of the season. Oh, and they've since put up 3 more home wins on the board. Not too shabby.
