Anyhow, you can read about my problem here http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=47935 i've done some research and have found that i probably have a flange that has broken, or the bolt has broken loose from its head under the flange. So, i'm assuming i can have this problem fixed for under $20 by purchasing a wax seal and flange kit at home depot or lowes. am i correct in assuming this??
