Most Hype: Vegas. I think they are going to settle at a 7th place team. Last years stats are not sustainable. 

Actual Best: (other) Washington Capitols. They will not get out of the second round though. 

Sleeper: Philly or a healthy Sabres. 

Biggest flop: Again Vegas looking like a bubble team until January when they make a change a climb slowly to 7th.

Biggest Flop: Philly

Best in the East: Tampa

Best in the West: Nashville. I think Winny and Vegas take big steps back, Chicago isn't what they used to be, St. Louis has a hole in net, and Dallas is still missing depth

Biggest surprise in the East: Sabres compete for a playoff spot. Sure, the top of the East is loaded, but the rest of it really is middling garbage just like us

Biggest surprise in the West: Anaheim crumbles and cleans house
