I'll have to go back and re-listen, but I don't remember it coming off as he wants him to go back down. He was asked about the 10 game limit and was simply pointing out that it doesn't mean that he can't go back down after 10 games, it just means that a year of his contract/eligibility gets used up if he plays 10 games. So, basically, they have to decide before the 10th game whether or not he is ready to take a full time role. They don't want to let him play 15 games and then decide that he really isn't ready, because he'd be going down and using up one year. That's all (at least, as I remember it.)
