I thought I was having one of those on Friday---went to the hospital and it turns out my body was just giving me an "early warning sign" as the doctor put it, and I was told I had better change my ways(diet, exercise, etc) or I might not get another chance... Hopefully he can make whatever changes he needs to make and avoid any further incidents...I know I have already made some pretty big ones and am pretty scared of anything else happening...
