Led by five different scorers and 35 saves by Dominik Hasek, the Sabres break a five-game winless streak with a 5-2 victory over Montreal at Marine Midland Arena. It's just the Sabres' fourth win in their last 16 games as their second-half slump worsens. It's a night of oddities ?Jay McKee is a healthy scratch, and Paul Kruse, Mike Wilson and Randy Cunneyworth all get their first goals of the year. Cunneyworth's goal is his first as a Sabre since November 1981 and marks the longest span between goals for one player for one team in NHL history.

Any idea if the Cunneyworth record still stands? Pretty amazing.
