If the Islanders lose at Carolina tomorrow, we're 6 points back with 3 games at hand. It's not entirely out of the realm of possibility to still catch them. They look like a team that could go on a losing skid, hopefully. 😀

Now we'll have a super rested Levi for Florida - glad we put UPL in for this one

The Panthers game is essentially a playoff game for us. A real must-win

Looks like the Isles and Sens will both lose in regulation, along with the Pens earlier. This could be a big night for us

Islanders still down 4-0 after 2 now

How much do y'all think Levi's performance affected Comrie and UPL?
Maybe I better do something to not lose my paycheque.

Two assists for Mitts tonight so far. Are we sure we want to trade him in the offseason when he seems to be hitting his stride a bit?

The Buffalo Sabres organization disagrees with you.

21 years old, a couple of practices and one game. why would he be tired?
For the reason me and others have already mentioned

You guys aren't wrong when applying logic to most people.
I don't know that this applies to Levi. He's not your conventional 21-year-old. He's fit and well-rested. He wants to play. He lives to stop pucks.
Common sense says start Comrie. I'd start Levi. Tonight and against Florida. And maybe beyond for as long as we're in the race.
Because I want to make the playoffs.
Well, I want us to make the playoffs too, not sure what you're implying with that comment, but I don't know how "well-rested" Levi is after the hype of the last few days.

Bruins take the lead with 2:26 to go

I don't know that I'd play Levi for this one. He had a huge day yesterday, all of his family with him, a very emotional day that likely kept him up late into the night. It was his first game, let him rest up for a heavy load the rest of the way.

Levi had an emotional evening last night - first game , first win, all his family and friends there , team had to travel.
let him rest up and put him in the next gameYes, we're on the same page on this, lol

Tomorrow is April 1st, and it is not a joke that we are still in the playoff race. How about that?

Skinnerific!

I thought it was a penalty, but after the replay I think it was good defence

Whistle could have been blown on that, oh well

So who's the backup next year?

LEVI! LEVI! LEVI!

Levi! Levi! Levi!

Quinn needed to let that shot go faster, he was in a perfect position.

A little bit flukey, but a good tap in

Just have to say again, Owen Power is so composed and excellent out there. Playing like a high quality vet already, it's pretty amazing and doesn't get mentioned enough

It's better than that - we have three games at hand on the Islanders - if we win those three we're tied but we'd have more wins
