When I look at mock drafts and see a 6’3” 215 pound centre who skates like the wind and scored nearly a goal a game -in a draft lacking both power forwards and centres in general - falling out of the top 5 I really raise my eyebrows.

The Ducks have McTavish and Carlsson already, so I can see them looking elsewhere.

But I just don’t see how Lindstrom gets past Columbus or Montreal.

Outside the injury, he’s everything GMs drool over.

He’s my dream scenario pick.  I love how he plays and think he’s exactly what we need.

to be fair, no athlete deserves the hatred they get on social media, at least not for how they play the game. Now if they commit actions outside the game that's another story.

I’m a big Notre Dame fan and have always liked Claypool.  His physical abilities are great.  But the guy is an idiot.
There was this play when he was with the Steelers with the clock running down and Claypool was too busy celebrating himself instead of getting back to the line.  That’s his problem.  He’s very much all about himself.

NHL does a truly awful job of covering this event.

I think physical testing starts today so we should get height and weights.

Let’s be honest here, it’s not like any of these guys are “blowing away” the combine.  You’re not gonna see the fun and incredible acts of athleticism you see with other sports.

Yeah and look what happened it became really really messy.

The bills are literally treating Allen like rodgers getting him just "enough" if the Bills keep playing these games  a divorce will happen

I wouldn’t be shocked if it's the rams when Stafford is done next year

What was the point in trading diggs if you didn't have a replacement?

Allen is retiring a Buffalo Bill.

In my opinion, hopefully not.  I want someone more dynamic and athletic.  But we’ve seen Beanne draft for a position of need and talking next best before.  After missing out on McDuffie he went next best and took Elam.
Coleman is essentially a better Gabe Davis.  Better route running.  Better catching.  Much better after the catch.  And their athletic profile is basically the same.  I’ll let you decide who is who.

    Combine Results

    40-Yard Dash - 4.61 Seconds

    10-Yard Split - 1.54 Seconds

    Vertical Jump - 38’’

    Broad Jump - 10’ 7’’

    Combine Results

    40-Yard Dash - 4.54 Seconds

    10-Yard Split - 1.56 Seconds

    Vertical Jump - 35’’

    Broad Jump - 10’ 4’’

i don’t necessarily prefer Coleman.  But I do believe he is in play for a Beanne if he stays at 28 or possibly trades down a little.

I want to say there is NFW they draft a safety with their top pick, but I can't rule it out.

Still: I think it will be a WR.

    Depends how you view DeJean.
But there’s still a lot of talent available.  A bunch of guys we brought in for a top 30 visit.
If it’s not WR I could see that DT, DeJean (or possibly Kool-Aid), or maybe even that IOL.

And KC was gonna draft him at 32, anyway. Glad we got a third round pick to possibly use as a chip to acquire another pick in the 2nd tonight.

I’ve seen this a couple times here (not sure if they’ve all been you).  But not sure why you would say that.  Even the chiefs didn’t believe that or they wouldn’t have traded up.
And it’s not like we just “got a 3rd”.  We gave up more than only the 28.

  8. #1 WR’s are getting so expensive.  St Brown just got $30 a year?  That’s insane!  And Jefferson will go even higher.
They talk about how advantageous it is to have a QB on a rookie contract.  It’s starting to get that way with stud WR’s.
I’m starting to wonder though if the Chiefs set up the blueprint for us.  When you have a QB who can be great even without that stud WR then you win with a committee of WR’s (and a stud TE).

Sal mocked the itty bitty burner from Texas to the Bills. Worthy. 165 lbs.

    No thanks.

Everybody wants the next Tyreek Hill. They’re more apt to get the next Tavon Austin.

It all reminds me of John Ross

Chris Taylor is another interesting name. Was Lindy’s assistant in NJ. What might be dicey is that he was Rochester’s HC and was replaced with Seth Appert.

I think I remember he was upset because Adams fired him over the phone and it was like a 30 second conversation.  It wasn’t very professional or something.

    <Draft bump>

Thought experiment out there has the Bills trading back in order to select 2 WR’s. I really like that idea.

    https://billswire.usatoday.com/lists/mock-draft-2024-nfl-buffalo-bills-keon-coleman-ladd-mcconkey/#

I would be pretty surprised if Coleman doesn’t go until the 4th and will be absolutely pumped if we got him there.
I like what McConkey can do but not sure if he’s the type of wr we Need.  I think we need more of a Thomas/Mitchell kind of guy.

No. The Sabres are bad. They need changes.

No we wouldn't. We'd have won 2-3 more games. We're bad offensively.

You really think a healthy Quinn all year would only win us 2-3 more games?  I’m guessing he would’ve scored 30 plus this year (if he never got hurt and had to come back twice).  He changes the dynamic of the entire offense as the 2nd line winger and PP unit.
