I dunno… you take down a team that was as dominant as Boston, they’ve got the eye of the tiger right now.

Montour now is the defenseman with the most goals against the Bruins in a playoff series all-time.

They’re just pretty solid up and down the lineup, they have an identity, defensive structure, very good goaltending, and players who don’t get pushed around (and push back). And a culture of winning.

Early observation watching Bruins - Cats: 1. Both teams are shoot/crash first, perfect pass second. 2. Bodies are flying. Trying to picture how we would respond/react.

So, it must be the criteria for a distinct kicking motion must mean the player must line up like an NFL place-kicker and the follow through of the foot must go above the waist? WTF.

I need help with understanding our lack of hitting. Is it part of DG’s scheme? If so, what is the theory? That it slows down our speed advantage? Or is it that the players are generally averse to it, i.e., it’s never been part of their game coming up? As good as we become offensively, I fear it will become a real weakness when we make the playoffs. Please enlighten me with serious responses only.
