Nope… I don’t… but I’m a Sabres fan… and my opinion doesn’t matter… Granato said he was unconcerned with Comrie’s preseason performances… Granato is the coach… His opinion matters… Up to Comrie to show something now…

What a god-awful performance… to take into the season opener, no less…
Think Adams and Granato made a mistake using the final preseason game to sit their top defensive pairs…
Cromie had no support from the moment the puck dropped… and the Pens were buzzin’… Air went out of the forward lines after the 3-0 first period played mostly in their own zone… Not even Vinnie’s short-handed goal could wake them up…
Fact is, Cromie has played two bad games… The last goal showed a slow glove hand…
Nothing positive tonight… Will be interested in Granato’s take…

Likewise… The kid is a player… Not intimidated by pressure… proved he can deliver in the clutch when it matters… Hope he gets another chance to realize his NHL dream here or elsewhere… Sabres still retain his rights…

As good as the pipeline of top draft choices the past few years… the investment by Pegula and Adams in building a top Analytics Dept will prove a difference maker for the Sabres in the draft and free agency for years to come… Comrie is an excellent example… Age 27, 28 NHL games, has learned how to win, good price, fills an immediate need, still developing with upside as the starter or backup to UPL or Levi…

AVs jamming the neutral zone… TB has no rush… Out of gas… AVs better condition… Take a miracle or a fluke for TB to score…

AVs are faster… better with the puck… TB is tougher… more grit… with a better goaltender… Just a pleasure to watch these teams compete… We need a goaltender… and a few years for our young kids to grow into men…

Glad the AVs aren’t in our division… They are so fast, such good skaters, constant motion in the offensive zone… Think they also benefit living in the thinner atmosphere… Better respiratory condition…
