In his interviews, he seems a little shy and seems to lack confidence… DG knows him and will hopefully bring out the best in his game and his self-confidence… Putting him on the top line is an opportunity for him…

Nope… Will take a healthy roster, exceptional goaltending, a few hot goal scorers, 22+ pts in the 19 games remaining, and some help from other wild card contenders… This young Sabres team is capable of it… Just do it, boys… Show ‘em…

Agree we are getting bigger… but we are playing small… Playing physical is a mindset, I believe… Player either likes to play physical or he doesn’t… You can train a player but he has to want that toughness in his game… We have a handful of these type players… and a few who will as they age… We can rise to the occasion as we did against FL and TB… It is not a team attribute yet…
