But the longer this environment is allowed to foster, the more ot will be engraved in the young guns habits and mind. You do what you have to do to ensure success. Fire the coaching staff, bring in 3 or 4 vets, forwards, d men and a netminder with grizzle to their game, teach the kids how to stand up for themselves.
