Phil definitely has to go. No regulation wins in 5 weeks. That is house cleaning territory.

Honestly what else can we do? There is about 1.5 lines worth of quality NHL players. We are not going to trade our way out of this. Plus we are stuck with albatross contracts. There is nowhere else to go but draft and develop. This team is 2-3 years before we can think playoffs IF we draft well for a couple of years.

The only hope is to draft our way out of this. I have absolutely no hope to be competitive for another couple of years ....if we draft right. Preferably hit top 3 the next few years.

I dunno man I have never seen such complete ineptitude in my life. It is astonishing. This is the worst franchise in the NHL. Even the Coyotes are in it still.

So... Columbus, Nashville, Ottawa, and Detroit. Will the Sabres win another game this year or will we finish the last 6 weeks of the season without a win in regulation?

Our last regulation win was February 23 against Washington. It’s about to be April. Let that sink in.

The Sabres have had three good seasons in 20 years, the Bills had one, and that was luck. Our sports teams have been horrendous for an entire generation now. It is a losing entrenched culture and city. That is reality.

Him, Nylander, and Borgen look like they have a future here ... I’d like to see more of CJ too ... certainly better than many of the guys we have
