Not sure being on a line with Berglund and svobotka is best for him. Still would like to see nylander on left with erod at centre and Thompson right. Berglund 4th centre with pommer and svbotka. Also want to see CJ Smith get his shot and oloffson and asplund at some point.

What happened to the housley 5 man attacking system? Plus it concerns me the lack of scoring from the 3rd line. The 2nd of skinner-mittlestadt-okposo points will come if kept together but I'd be looking to bringing up Smith and nylander soon if this continues and then asplund and oloffson if not this season then next. The first two mentioned should have been on the roster anyway in my opinion. Also pilut is playing well and can't be ignored. Just don't like this blysma style get a lead and sit on it.

I expect that we'll see Eichel centering Skinner & Reinhart though I like the reasoning behind putting Sheary with Eichel. So, that would put Sheary on Mittelstadt's line & either Thompson or Rodrigues. My guess is E-Rod would get 1st crack there.
I expect Sobotka to center the 4th line & Thompson to start the season there. Though I'd prefer Pominville as the 13th forward, I expect he'll be 12th.
So, we'd have (by ice time):
Skinner - Eichel - Reinhart
Girgensons - Berglund - Okposo
Sheary - Mittelstadt - Rodrigues
Thompson - Sobotka - Pominville and
Scandella - Ristolainen
Beaulieu - Bogosian
Dahlin - McCabe
My hope is that they'd run with your D, but I expect Beaulieu to be Bogosian's partner & Hunwick as the 7th D.
Expect probably Wilson & Baptiste as the spares. Asplund would be the 1st call up.
I am hoping that Nylander gets a spot. I am not so sure now that sending him back down will benefit him. Agree with you on Asplund regarding 1st call up or CJ Smith, Olffson?

Looking forward to what could happen. Hopefully ollofson makes the roster if not at camp then during the season and asplund too. CJ Smith could be thereabouts too. Just don't want Larsson in opening night roster.

I love coming on here too and reading all the posts. Hope to be able to do one of the sabre space meet ups at some point. Feel very fortunate to follow this sport with all the friends I have made and all the countries I have visited through watching it.

Looks like I'll be coming back over in November next year for my mate's 50th. Only thing I'll be heading to Pittsburgh as he is a pens fan and then to New York. Trying to convince him we can also fit in a trip to buffalo ?

I agree with this. Done ok when called up for the last few games. Does he need to be in buffalo now. I reckon so. Hope he has a good camp and is kept up.
