I think its been so long since everyone has seen a 60 minute complete effort they are underestimating the talent here. Whatch as grigs starts scoring as well as Ennis and I cant wait till the new coach benches jochen as I'm sure he will realize hes useless pretty quick as he has finally a shot in the nhl and I'm sure hes not gonna let scrubs like hecht ruin his chance at a full time job in this league.

Cant wait till he takes over a team like Pittsburgh and sits a guy like malkin for a period cause he took a shift off. Hes not wired to coach today's athlete. Hes a great guy and I wish him well but you'll see in the next couple weeks the difference in this team. 8 out of 10 or ill never post here again.

Yeah I remember. They game was a lot different back then. A lot faster paced and none of this trap andleft wing lock garbage. Unfortunately Lindy was blamed for the boring style of the sabres when in fact the game has just changed so much. I remember Michell's bergeron coached nordiques coming in a all the craziness that ensued. I remember Ted darling and gilbert perreault and how amazing it was to watch him skate with Puck. I saw perreault score a hat trick against the gretzky led oilers ( the great one also scored hat trick) and we lost 6 3. The game was fun back then. Not sure if well ever see anythhing like it again.

Team going to come out flying. The talent is going to shine through now. Gonna win 8 out of 10 and be right in the thick of the playoff race. Completly psyched now.

I'm not sure why anyone is sad about this. The man made millions coaching the team he loves for 15 years. He lived his dream and as far as I'm concerned he was put out of his misery (6 years too late) . Gl to lindy but hes a dinosaur in terms of coaching and will never win anything coaching today's coddled athletes.

well Reigers safety net is gone. Id guess he has 30 games to turn this around or hes probably gone too. He had to love having Ruff here to absorb all the criticism. I almost wonder if subconsciously thats why Lindy lasted so long.

Theyll make playoffs now. They showed they have enough talent when theyve played boston. Now that Lindy gone youll see that effort every night.

There have been 170 coaching changes since Ruff took over. thats over 5 coaches per team. The time is now.

Yeah after that game were gonna have to throw in draft picks just to take some of these guys salaries of the team.

LOL I played for many years. Even played in the Ontario championships. This isnt peewee where everyone gets a trophy for playing. How is losing after going all out a huge boost. Its more demoralizing than anything i ever had to deal with. Get a clue. Way to many people influenced by the everyone gets a trophy for playing era. Its breeding more losers than they realize
