ESPN+ doesn’t give me access.  I’m in the Buffalo market and ESPN+ appears to be very capable of blocking VPN.

Yep, they've made VPN's pretty useless. No one let's you log in with them anymore. Ticketmaster, DAZN, ESPN, and a slew of others just kill the login until you turn off the VPN. It sucks.

I live in Connecticut and no longer subscribe to cable....I will be relying on streaming services.  Is there anyway way to access the Sabres games when I live out of market.  When I subscribed to Comcast Cable, I bought the NHL Center Ice Package and had access to almost all of the games.

Snag the Disney+ bundle for $15/month. That'll get you ESPN+, Disney+ and Hulu. Every game is on ESPN+ except for the few that are on TNT, and the actual ESPN games. You might miss 6 or 7 games. Maybe less, I'm not sure of our "national TV" game breakdown for this year. It can't be that many.

Neimann cheated on chess.com where it’s easy to cheat if you use a chess engine (computer program) to determine the ideal move.  The website now says he has cheated 100 times on the site.  The real issue is how do you cheat during a live face to face match?  In live matches you can’t bring or wear any technology.  Did someone in the audience some how give hand signals? Did he stash a laptop in the bathroom?  I have seen any reports of either being the case.  So if Neimann cheated how did he do it?

Wasn't it remote controlled vibrating anal beads?

Edit: ok that's ridiculous to read. But I swear to God, that's what I heard. From stand-up comic Jim Norton, no less.

So, the only 3 AL players to reach 60 are all Yanks?

Out of curiosity, what is the AL record for HRs for players that don't play their home games at Yankee Stadium?

(Yeah, could Google it, but figure somebody that follows baseball will already know it.)

Not only were all 3 men Yankees. They were all Yankees right fielders.

  5. David Cone had my favorite take on the issue during tonight's broadcast. He basically said the numbers are what they are and that all eras are tainted. Pre-integration numbers are wack. Guys in the 40s-the 80s were on amphetamines/coked to the gills. And guys from the late 80' thru the early 2000's were jacked up on 'roids. Pitchers have been doctoring baseballs since the game was invented. It is what it is.

That said... definitely a fun regular season.

  6. Dorsey is calling a pretty bad game. Allen is late on almost all of his passes so far. Moss and Singletary are still really bad. And the defense is currently bad. Gonna need a lot of help.

But hey, good news is I started Duvernay and Dobbins today in fantasy.

Watched the Jays after they clinched a playoff spot and you’d think they just won the world series. Pouring champagne all over each other for about an hour. Long after the crowd was gone they are still high fiving and soaking the press. I just don’t get it. I guess thats why I love hockey.

Every team does it. And it's dumb.

Got hit by a worse hurricane when I lived in the mountains of NC than I just did by Ian. Still without power at my place, but no issue going out for dinner yesterday.

But I'm betting the ocean wasn't inside your living room. That's all I was saying. I'll take catastrophic blizzards and Donner Party levels of snow. But water in my house can f* right off. Especially when that water has alligators in it! No thank you.

Careful what you wish for. Hurricanes aren’t blizzards. You can’t just walk down the gas station to get another 30 pack. They are long and they suck.

I keep telling my wife this every time she tries to get me to move to a hot and flat state. I gently remind her that no one ever had the ocean in their living room when they lived on a mountain.

Allen didn't lose his mind.  It was the 2nd missed snap between 2 guys that rarely work as a battery.

This was the exact opposite of the wind game last year.  Between injuries, conditions, & bad luck they lost by less than a FG.  The Bills will be fine.

    Correct

Biggest ref sham I’ve ever seen. Wow

Explain to me how Tua literally couldn’t walk and is playing again?

Tua was inconsequential. He did nothing. We dropped a pick 6 and gave up a deep ball because both of our safeties decided they didn't need to help in coverage. His TD pass was ***** too. And if Taron Johnson looks up in coverage we'd have had another pick 6. They were sloppy because they were winded and cramping because they were unprepared for heat.....in Miami.....in September.

  12. 1. Irresponsible to not be prepared to play in the heat.

    2. Allen choked.

    3. Fire both safeties into the sun.

    4. Tua is ***** horrible. This game was such horse *****.

    5. Seriously, how can you not be prepared to play in the heat? That is 100% the reason that they lost. They used 48 guys today because they were poorly conditioned.
