This has been quite a circus over the past 2 days, but it appears to me that it won't have any bearing on the case unless the accused was aware of what her mother did. As it stands now, the evidence has been handled properly and the DA will be making a judgement as to whether to present the evidence to a grand jury or to drop the investigation. Either there is enough evidence of a crime being committed to indict Kane or if not, to absolve him. I'm just glad that the evidence tampering was a hoax and that the system is working as it should.

It doesn't look like it's started anything. Just reboot and it should go away for now.

You can update to Windows 10 anytime that you want. Just download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install Download the tool and run it. It will give you to option to upgrade now or create a usb key or dvd to update later. Just select upgrade now and let it do it's thing. This also works on computers that haven't gotten the Windows 10 notification yet. Have upgraded to Windows 10 on several computers so far. This is a good solution for those with installations stuck too.

I have an Ooma too but fortunately I got mine before they had any fees so I paid about $200 to buy it and have paid $0 for the last 5 years. I took a new number when I got it and have never been listed in the phone book so I get very few telemarketers. Verizon made me also take their phone service as part of my FIOS package. They were going to charge me $20 more a month if I did not take the phone. That line is plugged into my printer so anyone who calls gets the fax noise in their ear, I seriously get more calls on that line than my Ooma line even though I've never given that number to anyone.

The problem that I see with deadline trades is that most teams are trying to pick up something without giving up a player. Not sure that I would want to trade Miller, Vanek, Pominville,Stafford or anybody else without getting a quality player in return. Deadline deals usually are for draft picks. I think we need to get some sure things for any of the previously mentioned. Now Regehr and Leopold are a different story. Both will be UFAs and a draft pick/prospect is probably all we could get for them. It wouldn't surprise me if the big guys are not moved until after the season when teams will offer player for player trades.
