  1. I like it, the Fans are bringin it! Let's Go Buffalo! Let's Go Buffalo!
  2. He looks mobile and fluid; whatever he did over the summer worked. Most improved defenseman.
  3. Weber seems to be the only one closing the gap; I like the body of work. Wow, Foligno is a monster!
  4. Myers is going have to reinvent his game a bit; it seems that teams have been scouting Myers, and have determined how he plays. They are walking around him over and over; he needs to close the gap on the offensive player quicker. It seems his decision making is slow, and he relies to much on the long stick to get himself out of trouble.
  5. I am suprised Kovalev hasn't done more; he usually is a Sabre Killer.
  6. Isn't Ott on Grigs line? If he is, that line is getting some chances. Ott, Grigs, Stafford? It seems like Lindy is mixing and matching. Its hard to say.
  7. Agreed; I liked the Sekera, Myers pairing last year; when Myers wouud get a little slump, Sekera would run up the ice for a scoring chance, and it was like Myers would realize what kind of game he should be playing. I thought Sekera was a good influence on Myers.
  8. Wow, I'm glad I didn't watch the whole game. The second period was a disaster; the 2nd period was a big problem last year. Leo and Myers were consistent, consistently bad. It looked as if Lindy was trying to run and gun with Montreal.
  9. I agree that it did wonders for the collective psyche of the team. Vanek is going to compete fight or no fight, he is just that good; however, for guys like Foligno, Keleta, etc, to see Big John Scott rattle someones cage decisively like he did, that has to pump a young guy up, and possably wake up some of the old sleepers with the message, we are in a hockey game, tie'm down boys, and as Robi would say, "the fur is going to fly." The silence of the crowd was the first thing I noticed; the fight momentarily took the energy out of the room. Momentum can be a tenuous thing at times; any time you can get it to swing your way, you have to try. The fight did not stop Lucic from burying Sulzer into the boards; however, Lucic and Chara got theirs when pucks started go into the back of their net. Lucic looked pretty dejected in his post game interview; that really says alot about how the Sabres played. Way to Go Buffalo; you were weighed, you have been measured and you were not found wanting. Let's Go Buffalo!
  10. I would take McCormick instead of Ellis. Pommer said, Scott got them started.
  11. Foligno truely is the whole package; it is going to be fun watching him grow up. I don't know if I would want to see Foligno elevated just yet; however, I think a couple of years leading the team with his on ice play would give him time to grow without the pressure.
  12. I can only imagine what that must of felt like; maybe a jack hammer. Wow, Scott is the real deal; ouch.
  13. I think they have it now. One memorable game can get a winning streak started.
  14. Would you agree Stafford was leading with his elbow a bit? He looked like was reaching out.
  15. I think Stafford is going be speaking to Mr. Shanahan.
  16. Wow, it all came together tonight; everything from Scott to Vanek. If they could just harness how it felt to compete tonight wow, I can see Buffalo going 4 straight.
  17. 13 seconds to go and Lindy calls a time out; I love it. Then he puts Scott on the ice.
  18. Hat Trick !!!!! Vanek No Panic Vanek They have been tested and they PASSED, Yes.
