Roy is having 1 BAD SEASON. He's played well for us, including a PPG last season until the injury. Stafford is a different matter, he has underachieved more than achieved so I'd agree. But boy am I getting tired of fanbois lumping those two together like their twins. Precisely.

3rd time this has happened to us, and I'm sure we're not the only team to have this problem. Boyes getting done but hi on Goose not Slash on Roy not getting called. Lucic and his Millerdozer.

If Chara had made that hit, or if Lucic had made it on Gerbe I doubt most people would me saying that. If that hit is allowed this league will turn into a goalie duck hunt. Maybe we should go pummel Thomas next time, maybe thats payback. Agreed, it won't make the Sabres tougher, but thats not the issue. Since the lockout we haven't been tough and we're unlikely to change now. Infact years of this blue collar, hard work low skill approach got us 0 SC's, lets see what we can do now we're mixing it up.

Miller deserved it, obviously. Any other teams fan base would want retribution, some penalty by the league for a steamroll hit on their star player. But because it's us, and Millers not playing all that well suddenly it's the teams fault. He didn't check him, he didn't even attempt to minimise the hit, he just went full blast to run him over. Miller is intense at the best of time, seems perfectly in character lol. His pissed because he got bulldozed. Lucic should sit for a few and really know our presence next game.
