I'm still mystified how they allow Calgary's first goal especially when there was a whistle before the puck crosses the line and the ref immediately waving it off. Seriously, wtf? Toronto doesn't get a look review either?!! Totally blown!! Sabres should have gotten 2pts tonight.

I might be in the minority here, but I really CANNOT stand Doc Emerick. I hate listening to him and Eddie O. Plus Pierre is such a tool. I'm in Vegas so I cannot get HNIC and it really makes me mad. Thank god for the mute button. I think Dave Strader or any other national US announcer is way better than this crew.

I'll go on record and say that I'll be outright angered if whoever we draft isn't with the big club next season, and at least contributing somewhat.
I know, I know, this is a tough league, but everyone's talking about these guys like Crosby and Ovechkin back in the day.
Good players may start with the smaller clubs, generational players don't, hence I'll feel pretty bummed if that turns out being the case.

Ok, now that Buffalo is slated for 1 or 2, what is the chance either one of them will start next year? Would it be wiser to put him Rochacha? Just wondering your opinions. Thanks!

It's amazing how devoid of NHL talent this gdam team really is. 27 shots against in the second? Out scored 17-5 in the last four games? This it total BS!! Tank or no tank. In mad as hell and every fan should be too. &$%#!!

What happened to the Avs? They were red hot last season. I know they lost to Minny in the playoffs but they have solid players. Crazy slide backwards so far.
It will be cool seeing Briere back in Buffy too.

OK, I'm talking about Mike Weber. He's plays 100% out there no doubt, but lets be real, he is TERRIBLE. Out of position alot, gets burned in the corners and in front of the net, dumps the puck in before the red line causing icing. Don't mean to bag on the guy, but he just does not have it. I'm quite amazed he is on the team as bad as they are. He's not a quality NHL D man. Your thoughts folks?

I was only able to listen to the first period. Did Nuevirth really suck or was he given no help? I know the first goal was a two on none Gerbe goal.

I read the shots were 32-16 Buffalo midway through the third, but they were down 5-1.
Sounded like some bad penalties, a few breakdowns and a tough game by Makarov.
I listened to it. This is exactly what happened. Plus BUF missed about three or four, 2 on 1's chances.
SIDE NOTE: I couldn't get the sabres.com app to steam the game on iPhone via 1520 but on my desktop browser I did. Waazzzup??
