Good post GA! I agree with many of your assessments.
GMKA needs to trade prospects / picks and or RFAs to get some quality NHL guys in the bottom six. And even aim for a top six winger who can put the puck in the net and not hit the glass every friggin time! Be bold Kevyn. Don't be afraid to pull the trigger!

The radio audio with Dan and Rob was crazy last night. The suite next to the gameday broadcast booth was loud and rowdy. There was a women yelling and lots of crazy talking going on when Dunleavy was doing play by play. Did anybody else hear it? LOL. It was wild.

Terry really does seem like a absentee knucklehead owner who got lucky with the Bills Bean/McDermott combo. This man refuses to hire a President of Hockey Operations which is sorely needed. WAKE UP Terry for crying out loud!!

Another game where it is just about over before the ten minute mark! Happened way too many times this season my god! Unbelievable. The Kane goal was atrocious.

Ovi definitely had the higher degree of difficulty. Wayne would probably not put up those numbers in today's NHL even going back to the 2000s. The goalies are amazing today vs back in the 70s and 80s.
One Gretzky stat that won't be broken is his Assists. 1,962 A and 2,857 Points! (not including playoffs). Now that's incredible!

He was great in Slap Shot. "Dickie Dunn wrote this, it must be true!" Classic!
He was also the diving swim coach in "Back To School" with Rodney Dangerfield.
RIP Emmet Walsh. One great character actor for sure.

Well, you're not wrong.
Forget all that for a moment though. Greenway needs to park his big frame in front of the goalie and wreak havoc and score the dirty garbage goals like good ol friend, Dave Andreychuk. IMO.

Tage did play a physical game and had a lot of shots (mostly all misses), but its crazy JJP didn't get the first star.
Lastly, the one shot Tage had on the PowerPlay shattered Cam Talbot's goal stick on the top handle and it went flying to the back boards. It was quite a sight to see. Of course Buffalo went 0-4 on the PP☹️

and it makes no sense why Tage was number 1 star? It should easily been Peterka. Dude had 2 goals 1 assist and drew 3 penalties. It’s bizarre he didn’t get any star! Ridiculous.

plus Razor had Aprox 3200 PIM and played 900 games. Twist had 1,100 PIM in 445 games.-

I think this team needs a new eye doctor. Nobody can hit the net. It’s happening all season. Missing shots like crazy all the time. Brutal.

I thought Granato and Ellis should have kept Olofsson on the right side powerplay unit 1 with Tage on the left side. That way defending teams couldn't anticipate the TNT one timer everytime. In my opinion it would have really boosted the powerplay this season. Why move away from that option?
