I respectfully disagree. The first 2 seasons with Adams had him reshaping the roster, primarily with very young talent. The next 2 seasons, he used Granato to develop the talent. Wise move given Granato's acumen for such. Now, the young talent is coming of prime age or just under. Adams isn't acting out of desperation, he's acting out of need, primarily the need of the roster to get the kids to the next lvl, the playoffs. These kids aren't playing season after season in a vacuum, they're progressing, with experience, with age, so is the roster. IMHO.

    Agreed.

I'm not going through it, you're the dude that said there were all these people who said they'd trade Eichel for a bag of pucks. Show us, I'm not doing your job for you brother.

Of course you are not “Go Puck Yourself”

Not at all. Do you think it's KA turning away potential opportunities?

I have no idea if he was trying to make a trade of the pick. If he was and did not get what he thought was equivalent value, I am glad he did not make the trade.

Another guy who just talks without any facts. Link is just to Google, nice try.

    God bless.

I am sorry that you are not able to remember.

Show me all these people instead of talk. I'm sure there's a thread.

I am old enough to remember even if you don’t. You don’t recall people complaining that the Sabres were holding Eichel hostage and not agreeing to the surgery that he wanted and that they should just trade him.

Here is a link for you:

    Eichel

    Is this for real?

Yes. Are you for real or trolling.

Who wanted to trade Eichel for a bag of pucks? These are so ridiculous. Fans have every right to be critical of one of the worst organizations in hockey if not the worst. They deserve all of the criticism they get and have brought it onto themselves.

    You have a short memory.

  6. The comments about making a trade remind me of all the whingers who were desperate for KA to trade Eichel for a bag of pucks to get a deal done.

The same people would have complained about whoever we got in such a trade.

IF the Sabres were actually looking to trade and did not get what they wanted, I am glad they did not make a trade for the sake of making a trade.

The cult will not relax. I’m not lying when I made the comparison to the Doug Flutie cult.

In what other scenario does someone take a banner to a game for a head coach on a losing hockey team?

And of the team wins Lindy gets a credit. And if the team loses it’s those loser players and that loser GM who are standing in the way of Lindy‘s glory.

And it is all we will hear.

Odd comments from a guy who created two message boards for people that are passionate about the Bills and Sabres.

Also, being a Lindy Ruff fan in NO WAY compares to the Flutopians.

I literally have no idea who you mean. Can’t be anyone from the last half of a decade.

Hint: One of them has since won a Stanley Cup, and his initials are Zach Bogosian.

There have been 4 players all season who have played with effort every night.  Their names are Dahlin, Mittelstadt, Benson and Peterka.  Injuries have slowed a few key guys (TNT, Cozens and Tuch), but their efforts have been lacking many nights when they are in the lineup.   Outside Dahlin, the other D have been consistently inconsistent.

It's time to make a change in the leadership.  Time to trade KO and let him hook up with a team heading to the playoffs.  It's also now time to make this Dahlin's team.  He is the team's best player, most consistent contributor, and toughest competitor.

You are questioning the effort of someone who had a life threatening (or at least quality of life threatening) injury while playing for our team and is universally respected by his teammates?!?

    Hmmm.
