Carolina: C -- Staal; Brind'amour; W -- Recchi Decision: C
Anaheim: C -- Getzlaf, W -- none really Decision: C
Detroit: C -- Datsyuk, Zetterberg; W -- Franzen, Holmstrom Decision: C
Pittsburgh: C -- Crosby, Malkin; W -- Guerin Decision: C
Chicago: Toews, Sharp/Kane; W -- Hossa, Byfuglien (part-time D) Decision: C (but it's close -- Byfuglien was a huge part of that SC win)
Boston: Bergeron, Marchand; W -- Lucic Decision: W (but it's close)
LA: Kopitar, Richards; W -- Brown, Penner Decision: C
Point of order here......
Recchi is a beatial winger? really?
Guerin was certainly not an elite beastial winger by the time Crosby won his cup
Kane wasn't tried at center until this past season, I don't recall Sharp playing alot of center until after the year they won the cup, and Hossa whilest a great player I would not call him a powerforward let alone a beastial winger
Marchand is a elite center? does he even play center?

Drane admit it your actually Kassian's father aren't you?
-
Kassian is no more aggresive then stafford. the only major differences in their physical games is Kassian is more willing to fight (think he was told he had to on the first line) and is better at shielding the puck. neither is that great of a hitter and kassian is certainly a dirtier hitter.
Anyone that compares CoHo to Adams centering the top line favorably for Adams is either related to Adams, smoking crack, trolling, or clueless on hockey. I remember watching Adams center that top line and he lucked into some points was generally out of position in most zones and was carried by his wingers. CoHo by comparison has struggled in defensive coverage against teams top players lucked into a couple goals been involved in the play with his wingers and opened up chances for his wingers. To go online gaming nerd I would say Adams on the top line proced a buff that decreased that lines nuke strength. Where as CoHo proced the buff that increased the nuke strength.

To be fair CoHo has been making bad plays defensivily against some really good offensive players. I think that will work its self out with some time with PommerStill not super thrilled with Hodgson. He's on the ice for a ton of the goals scored against us. Hopefully he learns a thing or two from Poms and Vanek because it's scary to see him on the ice when the puck is in our end.

I want Ruff gone just so I can stop reading drane's posts about how Ruff ruins players and takes there balls home and displays them on the dresser........

Watching the last two episodes shows me that the sabres are changing the culture of this organization. between the team building exercises with seals and iPads to all prospects I am very optimistic about the future sabres. Thou watching ep4 has made me even less impressed with rolston as coach

Bushmills black bush is far better tasting and seems to leave less after taste for me. Next to try and find a bottle of this fabled feckin

I haven't dug very deeply into Irish whsiskey but Bushmill's Black Bush is in an approachable price point and has a good rep from what I've heard. Redbreast is usually highly regarded. Depending on your budget, Tyrconnell has a great reputation too but the price really starts to creep up here.
Got a bottle of Bushmill's Black Bush for this holiday weekend. I was told by the worker there when I commented that my understanding is bushmills and Jameson are kinda the same with a different label, that it is a more flavorful (stronger) version of Jameson.
I'm sure there are better / more qualified people to answer this, but my friend's husband loves Feckin. I personally haven't sampled much in the way of Irish whiskey just yet, but it's on the to-do list.
funny thing about that brand....... worker approached me asking if he could help me and i said I am looking to try a different irish whiskey but I only see bushmills, jameson, and tullamore dew in a affordable range. He told me we use to carry another brand called Feckin but only 1 person use to come in to buy it and it looked like we don't carry it anymore. Might have to try Premier liquer next week.
-
I might of asked this before but i'll be damned if I can find it. Any suggestions for a irish whiskey? I have tried Jameson and Tullamore Dew (Tullamore is better). Looking for suggestions for another to try. Or if someone has a out of the box (not irish whiskey) that they think would be good for a Tullamore/Jameson drinker.

season 1 is only 6 episodes so you can watch it fairly quick

Or watch/tape the walking dead that repeats later

Monica, better than Steffi? I think not, sir. Not that I think you were trying to start a debate like that, just thought I'd point out that Steffi was twice as good as Monica.
As far as grunting goes...I don't think i really care either way, some are annoying others aren't, I'm pretty sure I did it unconsciously during my tennis career, so i guess i can't condemn it. And i agree with the 1919 comment, I feel that way seeing the players wearing all white a Wimbledon.
I keep hoping someone will get a really bad spray tan before thier wimbledon match and sweat stain there white outfit horribly. lol
-
Anyone hear there's a movement ( supported by Martina N ) to eliminate the grunts and screaming from women's tennis. To be honest I really like the back and forth of it. Thoughts ?
Nobody tells my women sharapova she cant grunt and scream!!!!!!!!!

In Shane's defense, he did keep Lori and Carl alive and many of the decisions he made or lobbied for were the right decisions.

I am guessing Merle won't be to forgiving of him sticking with the people that left him to die

Chainsaw. Then he had his boom stick in the other hand.
hail to the king baby

looked to me like he had something tied to his right armLooks like Rick's in a world of hurt about 3:30. And certainly looks like Merle has the use of both hands at the very end.

Haha that list of players makes me laugh... Of course if you are trying to be serious with it then it makes me sad that your years of suffering sabrefandom has made you pick past players that don't really match the player your complaining about
