If we miss anything from Jack, this is the one area he excelled at… puck protection. That helped quite a bit on our power plays.

Depending how strict you wanna be on PPG, you can argue there are about 50 players this season who have met that mark and the ones behind them are real close.

We should also note that 1 ppg seems to be much more attainable this season by a lot of players.

14 skaters on Vegas have a +/- of five or more. Only three players on the roster have a negative and one is zero. +6 is tied for eighth with two other players.

IMHO, I would say he’s been regressing for several weeks now. I think the proof is in his ice time. I’m not just some bitter hater throwing stones, one of the things I said earlier is that if you took all of the numbers off their backs he wouldn’t be noticeable at all except for may be bad plays.

I said this a couple times, but I don’t think people are believing it much, but I’m watching almost every game and this guy is playing like hot garbage. He is a turnover machine who makes bad pass, after bad pass, after bad pass. He doesn’t shoot. He doesn’t set anyone up. He just gets the puck and manages to find the least likely person able to receive a pass and the play goes the other way.

Also, I don’t remember if it was reported who JB specifically wanted, but the message to the fans was that Tage had an elite shot and he was brought in to be a winger for Jack. I think history has proved JB was right on Tage.

I don’t know about the second one, but the first SOG was a dump in from the neutral zone.

I was going to post exactly this. I have no idea how someone who has no idea what a person is thinking nor any other details of the situation, can declare what what’s supposed to be done in a situation. Brett Favre on Monday night football comes to mind.

It depends on the timeline where you wanna take your data. February was absolutely miserable for us. Starting in March it hasn’t. It’s been pretty damn solid since March 1, we’ve beaten a lot of playoff teams and it appears our play is sustainable, which is that a player pace starting on that date.

Jack has played 28 games. When does his break end?

3-2 man.

I mean, he makes some nice passes. but he loses a ***** ton of battles along the boards and I rarely see him taking shots other than an occasional power-play shot. He seems like the most passive guy on the team.
