He and Mikey Ryan came to skate with my son's Beginner team last year and they stayed late and talked with the kids, took pics, and scrimmaged with them. apuszczalowski Posted October 30, 2006 Report Share Posted October 30, 2006 He's from the town I live in, Welland Ontario, which is about 30 minutes from the arena (so he is close to being a hometown guy for the Sabres). I think it would be cool to bring him up and get Nathan Horton on the Sabres. Put them on a line with Peters and you have the Niagara COnnection (instead of the French Connection) I guess for now he can be on a line with Peters and Mair and it could almost be the Niagara connection, although Mair is from Hamilton and that not part of Niagara. *I know Deluca, if Paille comes up, Peters will go to the bench.
