Taro T Posted December 13, 2005 Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 My thoughts are they have played without him in 5 of their 29 games and had him for less than 12 minutes in another 6. This team has battled very well through injuries to this point, they need to suck it up and battle through another. After the Dallas game, the team has a stretch of 11 reasonable Eastern Conference games before they play the west teams again. 7-4 or 8-3 are definitely possible over the stretch. The only teams more than 3 games over 500 in that stretch are Philly, TB (twice), and TO. They have one game each against the Isles and Devils who are slightly above 500. They then have 5 games against lower but still dangerous teams, Pitt (x2), Florida (x2), and Atlanta. Below is link to article about injury.
