This is the modern NHL, look at guys like Montour, Chychrun, Hanifin, Ekblad, Provorov, Carlo, etc... this isn't 10 years ago where defensemen take years to develop. Today's game places a premium on defensemen who can skate and Guhle is right there.

Every player you named was physically ready too. Idk if Guhle is yet.
