Since this isn't a big deal group of RFAs (all good and important, but it's not like the Bobby Ryan scenario in Anaheim), we could just use one thread.

 

First off, Mike Weber apparently accepted his qualifying offer. One-year, two-way contract with $55/$550 for AHL/NHL salaries.

Wow! Weber's agent sucks. Apparently his agent didn't know the Sabres are counting on Weber being in Buffalo this season. Considering no one else on the farm is NHL ready he should have been able to cash in.

Sometimes guys want to make a statement. Its not like he had a lot of leverage anyway. Plus, if he plays well he will have a lot more leverage next year,
