It took this organization less than six games to flush the anticipation of a new season right down the drain. The continued bad results on home ice are just mind boggling.

Was just getting ready to post that this is shaping up to be yet another frustrating and disappointing game on home ice.

The Icelanders almost assuredly guarantee a boring game. If it's boring, make it a regulation bore with a Buffalo 'W'. Sabres manage to score first...Long Island has to chase the lead...and Buffalo gets a 4-3 win. I have no faith in Comrie allowing less than 3, especially if the Sabres are chasing all night.

It's on the road so there is a chance to at least get a point. This team at home...smh. Another potentially boring/frustrating game but I'll take boring and two points over exciting and no points any day.
