Poor drafting strategy….select players who play with energy who are already hard wired to be aggressive. I’ve had enough with so-called talented, but soft and lazy types. Fans will support a team with more Benson type players, even if they don’t always win.

The Sabres SUCK disease permeates the entire organization, including their own television media (Dunleavy and Ray) AND the local media who covers them. I wish the local media would act like New York and castigate the team like they deserve for 13 years of sucktitude.

The list of what they lack is simply too long. What do they have enough of? Laziness, excuses and a losing attitude

Trade EVERYBODY except Benson

The only way he can save the season is if he QUIT his job….otherwise, he is incapable of making any hockey moves to achieve this.

If Buffalo continues to take the night off, then Lindy needs to get their a$$e$ back to Buffalo tonight and make the boys shovel snow at Highmark stadium all night. Benson can watch from the press box sipping a hot chocolate.

Perhaps, but I would argue that Cozens is worse and possibly Power as well. Power forgets that he’s paid to play defense. Finally, is Dahlin really worth $11 million?!?!

GMKA and Lindy "could" send a strong message by stripping all the so-called leaders of their letters. As another poster said, leadership has to be earned from this point going forward.

Part of me wishes the rest of the conference was playing better such that Buffalo would already be further away from a playoff spot. Being "close" to a playoff position makes them feel too comfortable with losing these kinds of games.....after all, they're close and they will figure it out without playing the desperate hockey they actually need to be right now.
