If so, is it because that is what they really want to do or is it because they are forced to do so because of their personnel (badly constructed team)? I thought Ruff would prefer a defensive oriented team, but they lack the right personnel to do so very well.

Culture of losing….don’t work hard, still get paid and eventually get released or traded to a cup contender and achieve great things.

Quantity does not equal quality. None of us are in the room, but it feels like there is still a leadership void on the team. I see no “accountability” measures being taken for players who fail to perform.

Some answers might include: 1. Yes, Kevyn is incompetent and needs to be replaced with a credible GM 2. Retrain our defense to actually play defense (more stay at home) 3. Go get an actual playmaker, somebody who can carry the puck with speed and maintain possession while his linemates join the rush 4. Shoot the puck and swarm the net, not this ridiculous one and done crap 5. Switch out some top 6 for other top 6 that play a more aggressive and physical style.
