IMHO - he's used to putting a team on his back and keeping them competitive. Unlike say Portillo who has an outstanding and talented team in front of him.

On a serious note, I've often wondered why they just don't play normal line and D combo's as if it was 5-on-5. They're really struggling so forget the PP and play "normal"

IDK - I really don't think this is the general sentiment at all. We are hopeful, but also realistic

Anybody have a sense of his hockey IQ? I tend to question Joki's, hoping Johnson has a better feel for neutralizing threats deep within our zone.

I really hope he signs with Buffalo. He seems like an immediate improvement over Bryson or Clague. It would also help me overcome my pessimism of drafting college players that choose to decline signing with us. Levi's signing really helps me be more confident about college kids.

I sure hope Mule is ready to play...I'd rather see him out there to help Levi get introduced to the NHL.
