  1. bottom line to all this is Hodgson is not the first player not to get along with management and certainly will not be the last. Its clear given Roberts comments not just to Buffalo News, but to a good number of other media sorts, Hodgson is at this time dedicating himself to being as fit as he can possibly be. See can only portend better things in Buffalo. Because a player does not get along in one location does not mean he is not going to get along in another. Buffalo will know more seeing this player after a full season in Buffalo... Vancouver made trade because the recognized they were a soft team, getting such a young player did not help them this season. Buffalo need more goals, time will tell if Hodgson part of answer. Frankly both players young guys both with some maturity issues both teams hope with be resolved with experience. imo

  2. oh my do I hate it when the Sabres beat the Leafs..... score in last seconds, win in a shootout. Turn the knife or what eh... .

and whats with all these women i see in my rear view mirror in such a hurry, where are you going anyway. You are all making me tense , slow down....

also someone ate all the cookies.....

  3. got to wonder to people think that turn signal stick in car just a ornament. At least in my area of Ontario, amazing how few actually click their turn signals. A person these days driving needs give more space than ever between vehicles. These folks make me say so many bad words.... and am I ever angry at the time and how it changes. Was once a time when if Canadian Hockey team lost it would have been a embarrassment , these days they just one of a number of teams with some fine players with a equal shot at winning, they could just as easily not medal at win any. Truly hockey a game of the world now with many nations having fine players. Not a bad thing though... but humbling.

  4. peaches now $1.69 a lb. no more local , on to apples , banana's and oranges until next season again... four peaches $3.75 , and it was snowing and cold... and the Leafs still have not won a game and I am getting not one ounce of sympathy, I am just so hurt. so so so so oh my goodness the pain... of it all.. :bag:

  5. Folks who park in fire zones at malls and supermarkets right in front door. Often let off their honey, who is often a twenty - thirty something sweetie, no apparent disability , hero cranks up the air conditioning, stereo, stretches his seat back, honey races into supermarket, collecting her desires. Where do these folk get that they more special than others, that they don't park like the rest of people. Wish these folk be stripped naked, strapped on poles in front of market , signs reading "selfish arrogant losers". These spots are to be open for a good reason,

  6. Yes gout pain is right along side of migraines, toothaches ect as worst of pains. I also had it in my foot some number of years ago, thought initially pain was from children jumping on my foot playing and that they had broken it. Big toe hurt like the devil. Recall the doctor prescribing Allopurinol and telling me I would need to take this the rest of my life. At the time I was very much over weight, enjoyed eating seasoned deli meats ect. I noticed for myself not eating deli meats and salty things, keeping my weight under control have not needed to use Allopurinol as has been mentioned, watching various food stuffs and diet does seem to resolve the issue.

no it's my foot, not much swelling but it's quite painful. I'm guessing it's more from booze than food. I was on a week long bender capped off with a 9 hour marathon on sunday.

  7. oh my goodness, March Madness is preempting " Judy Judy" , no judge judy ... omg..

oh and another thing, why are there not more complaints, I suspect you are all just waiting for tomorrow night and then you are all going to go crazy again aren't you...? :o

  8. outrage i say, outrage... and just imagine many when asked " what is spam?" would reply it is unwanted e-mail. :o . What was that movie where teens ruled and all over a certain age eliminated. A opposing seniors version need be made... :chris:

I met 10 teenagers yesterday that asked me what baloney was.....

Seriously...they did not know what baloney was.....one knew...but couldn't really

    describe it to the others.
