How is it that Matty Ellis has kept his job all season?

I think it's absolutely criminal that they do this where it's less-than-capacity. Especially on "Fan Appreciation Night." This doesn't include "fans who have to drive an hour after they get off work" appreciation night, I guess.

But other teams score. Why can't we?
