Seems Buffalo Hockey is a process problem taught by its coaches throughout the franchise. Here’s a Amerks fan’s commentary: “This team doesn’t fight, loses most physical battles, plays it’s worst hockey on home ice, has a coach who always comes up with excuses, and most curiously right now has seemingly lost all offensive abilities!!! Who wants to watch that?!” Sounds familiar.

So many of us have suspected this for months… All on Adams and Granato. Mitts sounded like he actually missed practicing hard… Practices too easy and cerebral in Buffalo?… Too much standing around listening to Granato wax on about his process… Sure helps explain why we seem to run out of gas late in games.

Listening to Adams hem and haw about the need to fill specific holes as opposed to bringing in top six F with grit, leaves me unimpressed with his plan… Explains his confidence he has the leadership on the roster in 23-24 year olds… Kids leading kids… Maybe Girgesons gets the C at some point early next year…

Maybe a Three Asst Competition… Dahlin, Tuch, and Girgeson or Byram… Though I expect Girgensons gets moved today.
