What is it investors say about mutual funds? Future performance cannot be guaranteed based on past? Bruins are haunted by the 2015 draft. Senyshyn, DeBrusk, Zboril. Chara's gone, Krejci's gone, Rask will be soon if not already. Bergeron is old, Marchand is getting there. Show me their young talent that will fill that void? Ain't there. Same for Pitt and Washington. When Ovi goes Washington goes. Pitt struggled until Crosby returned and Jarry got hot. The run for all 3 is nearly over.

So undo the whole rebuild plan and trade for old guys? Who are you Murray? I hear Evander Kane's available.

Rebuild is just a word to justify your incompetence...That's why we hear it every new year. Vegas has playoffs from start without any draft picks and any rebuilding. Especially when we sell Eichel, Reinhart, and Risto. We all waiting for the results and tired of fairytales.

Guessing the concussion rumor might be true in that case. If Tokarski actually has COVID and isn’t just a contact then he could be out a couple weeks as well. I’d hope Adams will go get Holtby from Dallas if he’s available for a reasonable price because I never wish to see Dell play another game here.

And who will defend Dallas net if they trade him to us?

Putting on my assessment-writing helmet....  This poll is flawed. "Never. Playoffs for losers.." and "3022" are not valid distracters. The objective of the question is to ask what is the timeline with this newfound core, correct? The New Dahlin-Cozens-Quinn/JJP-Power Generation.

    2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026.

    Those are your appropriate options.

2024,2025.....=3022. We have been waiting for 8 years..It's not about winning Stanley Cup.

If they get a decent NHL goalie tandem, then next year. This team has talent, can score goals and more help is on the way

Our game picture is 100% better than last year, the team looks fast and wants to score, but our defense style is not so aggressive as most of us wanna see. Our goaltending is not so good to stop so many shots and too slow to stop rebounds...We must be able to destroy opponent offense by hits and aggressive moves, fights, etc. Or it will be always like second and third with Panthers...

We do not have ‘enough good forwards’ for any sustainable success. In theory, MAYBE we have ‘enough good forwards’ in terms of potential. But even then, the teams lacked real NHL talent and just shuffled AHLers through the 3rd and 4th line for way too long.

The team is loaded on young assets right now and has a surplus of cap space, if I could send a 4th or a 5th for a player like Debrusk on an expiring contract, take a flier and see if he turns his game back around, and if you could sign him for a cheap deal, then absolutely.

At the price Andrew Peters is suggesting on Twitter, a 2nd or maybe even multiple? Absolutely not. Marty on WGR, a 2nd and expecting him to immediately slot in as a ‘piece’ moving forward and pencilling him in as a long term good 3rd liner? I’ll pass.

Take a flier, see if he makes a difference, and if not then move on.

Agree with this arguments, but I think news about DeBrusk is just a trick to find a fool who will overpay for him...They will ask too much..

We're all excited about how the prospects are coming along, but this has to be a first for this level of success.  We have five players who not only lead their teams but are top 10 players in their respective leagues:

    AHL

    -- Jack Quinn, #1 goals / #1 points

    -- JJ Peterka, #2 assists / #7 points

    NCAA

    -- Devon Levi, #1 save % / #3 GAA

    -- Owen Power #1 assists / #3 points

    OHL

    -- Josh Bloom, #5 goals

    Pretty amazing...

Good news. But it's dangerous for kids to play in the first team without defense from ***** like Marshand and others.

Dustin Tokarski’s save percentages in November:

    • The good: .927, .962, .960, .978, .943,
    • The bad: .806, .667, .783, .833, .879, .892
    • The ugly: 3/4/2 3.72 .894 overall

    This is our “good” goalie.

Looks like they want 1 goalie to play all games. This is our Sabres organization...
