i am really enjoying the olympics but NBC is making it really hard. they are running it across three channels so far, and i havent been able to find a schedule as to which event is on which channel. i was looking for mens hockey and found the schedule online, but it didnt mention the channels. i found the first 3 rounds so i can tape them but i think it should have been easier to find.
also the olympic channel on fios doesnt seem to have any competitions that i found.

To be fair, no goalie not named Hasek would get this particular incarnation of the team to the playoffs :P
you could have put a team of 12 year olds with hasek and he would find a way to win. i have never seen a goalie like him in my life, and i dont think i will ever again.

No he wont be traded. there is not a single NHL team that would take him, even if the sabres kept the salary on their books. not a single team. If any GM took him, they would be looking for a job at the end of the season

i really wish he played hard all season. the beginning of the season was so horrible for everyone on the team, and it looked like they werent even trying. jack has been on fire for so long, he will have great numbers at the end of the season. imagine though if he played this hard all year.

there are going to be people you work with that you dont like. in fact, i dislike 40% of the people i work with. if eichel and ROR dont like each other, then they dont like each other. im sure its not a "thing". i dont speak with the people i dont like at work unless there is a work thing that we have to speak about.

i just read online that toronto is considering a trade for lehner. the deal is lehner to toronto for a sack of 10 white castle hamburgers and 2 orders of chicken rings. the sabres will also need to give up their first round picks for 2019,2020, 2021 and the second round pick in 2022. The sabres will also need to pay for the remainder of lehner's contract, and the sabres will pay the contract of mathews. mathews will stay on the maple leafs, but the sabres will pay him.
seems like a good trade for both teams

I am so glad they were able to win a blow out with a shut out at the same time. it was a late game so i only got to see a short amount in the beginning of the game.
glad to see 23 got a goal and jack got 4 pts.

i would honestly be fine with johnson as a backup. i mean he is only going to play 2 maybe 3 times per month or so, of course unless if ullmark got injured. i dont think the sabres will get a goalie like raanta to play backup, unless ullmark is expected to be backup next year?
