GDT: Islanders at Sabres, Sat. 11/2/19, 7:00 pm

I have to laugh a bit about Tage. People wanted him gone by the end of last season and said he was a dud. Failure of the ROR trade. Now people want to actual call him up because he’s actually playing great. No one wanted to listen when I would say that he was thrown into into the Team too soon and needed time in Rochester. -

Exactly. I’m so tired of tag lines like have patience and trust the process. How about win at all costs? Is this too tough for these snowflakes hockey players. They can’t even play for a touchy feely coach like Krueger -

I really enjoyed when they actually scored a lot of goals a month ago -

We’ll definitely a better 1st than last night but the level of play from the opponent is certainly different. Goal was a fluke or it would still be 0-0 a whole lot of shooting wide -
GDT: 11/1/19 Buffalo at Washington, 7:00 pm ET, MSG, NHL & WGR 550

Yes, he was #1 because he could score and make plays. I guess I was crazy thinking he actually could also play the position he's been playing most of his life, defense. Not be a ridiculous defensive liability. I know, defensemen take a long time to develop their skills and I'm just frustrated that it seems like he is causing more goals and opportunities for the other team than he is for the Sabres right now -

I’m glad I didn’t go to this game since j live in the DMV. I’m replaying the WGR recap and 3 out of 6 caps goals I heard Dalin’s name. I know he’s young and he’s still growing (blah blah blah). I expect better Defense out of a #1 defenseman draft pick. He’s concentrating more on his offense than defense -

3-1 Islanders. The only reason why the score is so low is because of Hutton. Hopefully he’s on his A game -
Do you have to go to the Sabres Store to preorder or can it be online? I’m in virginia but my son and I want one. Also, do we know how much?

Well back on the market we went. There has been some activity but no actual offers. First time I've had to pay two mortgages and I don't like it. Hoping St. Joseph comes though soon....

Friedman Says Ralph Kruger has a Legit Shot at Sabres HC Position
Sidc3000 replied to Tarosays's topic in The Aud Club
Almost sounds like he would be a better candidate for say Director of Hockey Ops and not coach..... -
Never even interviewed Not sure how to insert a twitter post but Vogl is saying that Gron was not even interviewed

Another NEW lender for the potential buyers.... Our realtor is preparing to market our house again. She has already reached out to agents that had client interested to submit back up offers but I'm sure most of them have already bought

I've been giving Bott the benefit of the doubt on most of whats been going on. I am getting really concerned that he is waiting waaaay to long to make this decision. I really liked Gronborg and was hoping he would be the next coach. He probably would have been the only first time NHL coach that I feel could have turned the club around.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to get the deal closed. We're currently selling our house also here in Virginia. It went up on the market early April and two offers (which we accepted one) were tendered before the weeks end. Everything was going swimmingly until Friday, hours after we closed on our brand new house. Our agent received an email, out of the blue, from a lender stating that they needed to set up an appraisal for the house we're selling. Since one was already completed for the buyer, my agent was skeptical. well, it turns out, that the financing that our buyers were working on fell through (I guess they were trying some sort of Fed backed product that is very finicky) and had to go with a different lender. I guess that wasn't a big enough deal for their agent to contact ours to explain the situation and to let us know that we will not be closing this Friday..... Now I about to have a stroke worrying about if this deal falls though and the fear of having two mortgages.

It is most likely surgery to fix hip impingement which appears to becoming more common among goalies due to increasing use of the butterfly style. I’m not concerned and if they caught it this early then that’s better than if he started to see regular duty with the Sabres when he needed surgery

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mubIIUr9Ys I could on imagine what kind of pressers would he have had if he coached the Sabres this season...... -

No way would Housley do this and I like it. At like a 3 year old and I'm going to treat you like one. -
Knowing the NHL, I'm sure they will schedule the Sabres to play Toronto, Boston, Washington and then Toronto again

So the biggest question will be, does he want a big pay check and be on team that may or may not go anywhere in the next 8 years or does he take a slightly low paycheck and possibly go to a team that is already heading in the right direction......decision decisions?

I'm not a numbers guy and don't pay attention to teams cap space. What playoff bound teams would have the cap space and need a winger like Skinner to upgrade in the off season??? Oh, sorry I'm usually a forum stalker and not a poster....lol
