they are going to need to score at least 34 pts or so to beat KC in the playoffs.

The Chiefs didn't top 30 points at all in the playoffs. They only topped 30 three times all season, and not a single time after beating the Raiders 31-17 in week 12.

OK -- please take the political talk to the politics club.

Here's a link for those interested. It's not obvious if you're someone who doesn't check out the clubs.

    I have been walking

A couple years ago, I saw a meta analysis that showed that rates of all-cause mortality were lower the more steps a person got per day, across all ages. Now I'm the annoying guy who is constantly trying to get his friends to walk more and go on hikes.

Congrats to you on your progress!

  4. While I'm never sad to see the Leafs eliminated, I was actually hoping they'd pull this one off, because I would have enjoyed the Bruins blowing a 3-1 series lead in the first round in consecutive seasons even more. It would have been the first time any team has lost with a 3-1 lead in consecutive seasons, let alone consecutive first rounds.

    … Chase Claypool?

    🧐

Pittsburgh was 2-6 to start 2022, then went 7-2 after trading him to the Bears.

The Bears went 1-13 with him on the roster, 0-10 in games he played. They were 1-4 to start last season (0-4 when Claypool played), and went 6-6 after trading him to the Dolphins.

The Dolphins were 5-1 when they made him active. They went 6-6 after.

If curses are real, this guy seems cursed.

Just funny watching people think things are going to be any harder then every other year. When I reality it will be just the same, might even be better with them getting younger.

Got rid of a bunch of 30+ year old men, got rid of a WR that had a catching problem yet this year will be tougher.

So it was a gem to take and laugh at.

Well, thank you for outing yourself as someone not worth interacting with.

One of the best teams in the league "just have to survive" the offseason is so great. Full of gems like this you get to laugh at.

You might want to re-read what was written, because (1) Scotty said survive the season without serious injuries and (2) Scotty agrees with your sentiment about the Bills still being good. Don't let your rage (toward people who are critical of the Bills) blind you.

Corner? Douglas is here from the start and is better then what White was before the injury

Douglas is not better than pre-injury Tre. Post-injury, sure.

Wait, I just realized we're probably talking about two different injuries.

Beane really risking it all here.  If Worthy turns into a superstar and we still can't beat them, it may spell his end. He has to hope Worthy is a bust and his extra picks pan out.  For me, out of sheer principle I would never trade with your arch rival you can't beat.  Already reports of some AFC GM's pissed as hell at him for doing that.

I've seen this take a lot from Bills fans, and there is absolutely zero logic in it. If the Bills weren't going to draft Worthy, then the Chiefs were going to get him regardless. It doesn't matter at all whether Worthy is a star, a bust, or somewhere in between.

So, basically turned a fourth into a third to give KC control of the board when they need WR, too?

It's the 4th round compensatory pick for Edmunds that should have been a 3rd round pick to begin with.

And I want the Bills to stop being the Vikings of the AFC. Over the last 30 seasons, the Vikings have loved drafting perimeter players in the 1st instead of OL and front seven D

The Bills have drafted 3 WRs (Moulds, Evans, Watkins) in the first round in the last 40+ years. Beane alone has drafted 3 front seven players (Edmunds, Oliver, Rousseau) in the first round.

I am not following the comparison.

Still thinking I was just listening to all that crazy media?  lol.
Yeah, I was WAY off.  🙂

The problem I had was you and Aud Smell(?) acted like you knew what was going on.  Talking like you KNEW Diggs wasn’t an issue inside the organization and anyone who suggested otherwise was wrong and crazy for thinking it.  You guys come on here and act like you know so much about the Bills.  But you both were so completely wrong and dismissed everything I tried to tell you as me just “listening to the media”.  When I’m fact, I never once said anything about the media.  I don’t get much of any of my Bills info from the media.  I have other ways that you probably only wish you had.  But it’s all good.  Nice to see you both backtracking on here.  lol.

    Peace

You could teach a masterclass in how to show off one's insecurity.

Buffalo takes a cap hit he goes on to Houston...gets THEM to restructure

Restructuring with Buffalo wouldn't have changed his cap hit after moving him to Houston. That hit is the amount of money Buffalo had already paid Diggs that hadn't yet been counted against their salary cap (signing bonuses which get spread throughout the length of the contract).

  14. With only a 6th round pick involved in this year's draft, I do wonder why they didn't wait until after the draft to pull the trigger. Now it seems like an inevitability that they'll be going WR with their first pick. I wonder how that affects teams' drafting strategies.
