  1. 67 games played, 15 left, 24-33-10 currently. That means we'd have to go 11-2-2, 12-3, or some other similar combination.

I don't think it's likely but maybe instead...how close can we get?

There's a housing shortage, plus interest rates are increasing, idk if materials being cheaper by the fraction they'll go down will offset that

Yeah I can't say for certain. Definitely doesn't help that big investment firms are buying single family homes to use as rentals now either.

Of houses? I believe it. I think there's a chance we can build cheaper than right now a few years down the line. Then again, I don't know anything about anything

Building cheaper is probable simply because the cost of materials is so high right now.

They're still an absolute mess defending in the neutral and d-zones, and until that changes, they won't be making the playoffs any time soon.

Can Granato implement a disciplined defensive system when needed?   Haven't seen any improvement in that area.   Is that because he hasn't emphasized that aspect of the game yet?  Or is he just not capable?

Ton of young guys and bad d-men could be it.

I have a feeling it’s coming down to Levi wants to burn a year off His ELC and get some games in Buffalo, while Adams wants Him in Rochester on an ATO to preserve the year

Probably. But is Levi willing to go back to NE and wait another year for the NHL? At least if he goes to the AHL he takes the next step in his career; better competition, opportunity for the NHL, closer to a large contract, gets to make some money. I just don't see why he'd go back when's he's clearly outgrown the college level and to a NE team that may be good but isn't going to win it all.

You're in Rochester aren't you? We are basically looking in no-man's-land, in a circle east of batavia, south of Le Roy, west of geneseo, and north of Warsaw, including within those towns

Yeah pretty much right in the heart of the city, if you're looking out that way hopefully you won't have as bad as a market. We did have to go over asking though and wave the inspection too; got very lucky though first one we put an offer in on actually. Hopefully you guys find some similar luck 🍻

I really, really would resist moving Samuelsson unless I am getting someone comparable back.

I'm not a fan of it either but otherwise one of Dahlin/Power/Mattias flip to the right

    Yes but there's 3 spots

Really we can carry 4 lhd

Right, sure we can. But my point is Samuelson seems wasted on the 3rd pairing, so what do we do with him? Do we just use him there or try and leverage what could be a 1-2 line pairing d-man to fill another area of need
