More or less, yea.

I'd rather lose playing like this than win when we deserved to lose. Losing a game with a sustainable winning formula, over the long haul of the season, easily out-weighs winning with a losing formula.

We had some ugly turnovers and puck flubs, but overall, we dominated them. Sure they're a mess defensively, but it'd be hard for any team to out-shoot and out-chance them much more than we did.

I don't see how you can be mad about this with how we played.

Couple of really bad zone entry attempts there.

Not that we don't miss him at other times, but a hot goalie is where we really miss our one player who can flat-out just beat a goalie with his shot.

McCabe has fixed basically every problem I had with his game last year; by far the best development of the early season IMO. My new "fix the D" plan is focused on the right side. Yup.

Even if we end up losing in regulation, I will walk away from this game satisfied. We're clearly the better team.

As long as he's on the second unit, I'm actually in favor of him getting PP time. Sure he's going to have some bad sequences, but he's also going to score there. Eh, he was the first long term contract Murray handed out. Yes, and if I didn't have firm religious beliefs against complimenting Bylsma, I'd give him credit for it.
