Kyrou was second on the team in scoring, he would have been second on the Sabres as well. In terms of his two way game, only Dylan Holloway had better defensive metrics amongst their top six forwards per Evolving Hockey and he did lead the Blues with a +23. Kyrou was in the 72nd percentile while JJP was in the 2nd percentile this past season. In full disclosure Kyrou was in the 24th percentile for his 23 year old season. Still the most likely scenario is JJP signs a two year bridge deal with Buffalo.
